In order to issue the import permit* for your pet we need you to supply us with the following copy of the vaccination card of your pet shows that he had the Rabies injection (the injection has to be more than 1 month old and not more than 12 months old), copy of your passport and contact number.
* Normally it takes 2 - 3 working days to issue the import permit.

We need the original vaccination record for your pet and a copy of your passport. please note that the health certificate is valid for 14 day from date of issue, after that period you have to issue new health certificate.
